Founded in the year 1977, Banque Saudi Fransi, popularly termed as BSF Bank, is a Saudi Joint Stock Company and is affiliated with Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, the second-largest bank in France. With the headquarters located in Riyadh, Banque Saudi Fransi operates throughout the regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with three regional offices in Jeddah, Al-Riyadh, and Al-Khobar, and has about 84 full-fledged branches, and 4 exclusive branches for ladies.
Though BSF was established in 1977, its operations began in 1989 following the transfer of Banque Indochine et de Suez operations in Saudi Arabia. Since then, Banque Saudi Fransi has been offering financial and banking services, corporate banking, commercial banking, and retail banking following the Islamic Sharia principles. Its subsidiary, Saudi Fransi Capital provides investment services such as asset management and investment funds, in addition to providing brokerage services.
